“Castle View” is a beautiful duplex flat in one of the oldest buildings in Stornoway.  The building is ”B “ listed and overlooks the inner harbour with views over the water to the iconic Lewis Castle.  Yachts and fishing boats chug by on their way out to sea or back to tie up.  The harbour seals follow them hoping to be fed and along with the herons on the shore are permanent inhabitants. 

Dogs are not allowed in this particular property although they are welcome in all our other ones.  There is a flight of stairs to reach the flat and another one internally to reach the two bedrooms, so it may not be accessible for  everyone.  Parking is available off street.  It is situated particularly well for all the facilities Stornoway offers,  shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes are all close by.
